ProService Hawaii Promotes Casey Graves and Jonathan Ito
HONOLULU (November 1, 2017)—Continuing on a rapid growth curve, ProService Hawaii has promoted two professionals to the management level: Casey Graves is now development manager and Jonathan Ito is benefit services manager.
Graves joined ProService in 2010 as an application support specialist. In his new position, he manages ProService’s software development and reporting efforts and their respective teams, empowering them to build effective tools and reports for the firm’s clients and its internal organization. Prior to that, Graves was an IT contractor to several Silicon Valley companies, and has served in an IT support capacity with ALCiS Health and AOptix Technologies. He is a resident of Aina Haina.
Ito also has been with ProService since 2010, having started as a human resources associate and most recently serving as benefit services lead. In his new role, he oversees the health care benefit services team in support of the company’s 34,000+ work site employees, and plays a lead role in the annual Open Enrollment period. Ito holds a BA from University of Hawaii at Manoa and resides in Hawaii Kai.
