ProService Hawaii Promotes Miki Moore-Hardisty to Chief Operations Officer
HONOLULU, HAWAII (May 10, 2021) – ProService Hawaii has promoted Miki Moore-Hardisty to Chief Operations Officer. As COO, Moore-Hardisty will lead both operations and technology for Hawaii’s leader in HR services, which supports over 2,500 local businesses statewide.
Moore-Hardisty originally joined ProService Hawaii as its Chief Technology Officer during the height of the pandemic. In her short tenure, she helped the HR company succeed in a fully digital, fully remote environment by leading the internal rollout of upgraded tools and data analytics to help the company service the needs of its customers.
“As CTO, Miki digs deep into company systems and infrastructure, working across the organization to enable a great client experience,” says Ben Godsey, President and CEO of ProService Hawaii. “Miki is exceptionally capable and her expanded role as COO will allow her to continue improving and innovating solutions for the benefit of our client partners,” Godsey adds.
Prior to joining ProService in May 2020, Moore-Hardisty worked as Chief Technology Officer for Jack in the Box in San Diego, California. Her work experience also includes leading a product management organization at Dell, where she also served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Information Officer. She has a Masters of Advanced Study in Data Science and Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.
Moore-Hardisty was born and raised in Hawaii, graduating from Punahou School and later from the University of Washington, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
After growing her career on the mainland, the flexibility to work at ProService remotely during the pandemic led her to relocation. Moore-Hardisty brings back to Hawaii dynamic leadership, operational excellence, and deep technical expertise which she looks forward to using to help the ever-growing ProService organization drive towards greater product and customer-centricity.
