ProService COO Recognized as Business Leader of the Year Honoree by PBN
HONOLULU, HAWAII (November 5, 2021) – ProService Hawaii’s Chief Operations Officer, Miki Moore-Hardisty, was recently honored at Pacific Business News’ 2021 Business Leadership Hawaii event as one of its Business Leaders of the Year, Big Business (51 or more full-time employees). The event took place on Thursday, November 4 at The Royal Hawaiian.
Since joining ProService in May 2020 as its new Chief Technology Officer, Miki has guided ProService toward greater customer-centricity and product excellence. In her short tenure as CTO, she has inspired trust and confidence amongst her executive peerset, direct reports, and individual contributors across the organization. ProService then promoted her in May 2021 as their Chief Operating Officer, citing her exceptional ability to dig deep into company systems and infrastructure and work across the organization to enable a great client experience.

Miki’s accomplishments in a specialized field such as digital technology and data science has inspired her to create more opportunities for kamaʻaina to be able to live and work in Hawaii while also encouraging women and minorities to pursue careers in technology.
