ProService Launches Covid Relief Community Hotline
HONOLULU, HAWAII (April 13, 2020) – With so many Hawaii businesses seeking financial help during the Covid-19 crisis, the state’s leader in HR management, ProService Hawaii, has launched a community hotline for employers to get advice quickly at no cost. Local employers can now contact ProService via web form or phone number to receive customized, timely, and expert Covid related advice about business management and relief programs. This hotline is the first-ever created for employers in Hawaii.
“The need for solid HR advice has never been more critical for employer survival and employee well-being, especially as businesses contract, unemployment skyrockets, and new federal funding programs emerge” says Ben Godsey, president and CEO of ProService Hawaii. “At ProService, we believe in doing our part to help all employers navigate this crisis, whether they're a client or not. The better informed we are as a business community, the faster our state can rebound and recover.”
Since the pandemic began, the experts at ProService moved with urgency to create comprehensive Covid resources tailored for business and HR leaders in Hawaii. Their newly refreshed Employer’s Guide to the Coronavirus website is updated daily and includes FAQs from their HR, Safety and Legal experts, along with on-demand webinars and guides to coach businesses through this crisis. Now, non-client employers can receive consultations using the new Covid Relief Community Hotline which can be accessed here or directly through the Employer’s Guide to Coronavirus site.
